DIRECTIONS:From Raleigh... Take Blue Ridge Road toward Rex hospital. Turn onto Lake Boone Trail away from the hospital (toward the Atrium Building). Take the first right onto Lake Drive. From Cary... Take 440 toward Raleigh. Take the Lake Boone Trail exit. Turn toward Rex Hospital. Go straight through the stoplight at Blue Ridge Road. Take the first right onto Lake Drive. From Durham/Chapel Hill... Take 40 East toward Raleigh. Take a slight right to the Wade Ave extension exit (sign sys I-440/Wade Ave). Take the Edwards Mill Road exit and turn left at the stoplight onto Edwards Mill Road. Take the second right onto Macon Pond Road. Pass the Cancer Center and turn right onto Lake Drive. Turn right into the parking lot before you reach Lake Boone Trail. Betty-Shannon Prevatt's office is located in Suite 103 of the Carolina Conceptions building.
PAYMENT:The fee for psychological counseling is $110 for a 50 minute session. Clients who are students may be eligible for a student rate. Discuss this with Betty-Shannon when you make your appointment. The fee for coaching is $55 per 30 minute session. For information regarding the fees for psychological evaluations, please contact Betty-Shannon Prevatt for more information. Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, check, debit and all major credit cards are accepted.
INSURANCE:Betty-Shannon Prevatt will work with you and your insurance company. While she is not currently a participating provider with any insurance panels she is happy to assist you in filing for out of network benefits.
